Michael Jackson: Searching for Neverland is coming to Lifetime. The network has just released the first trailer for its forthcoming biopic on the King of Pop.The film was based on Remember The Time: Protecting Michael Jackson in His Final Days, a 2014 book penned by the late icon’s personal bodyguards Bill Whitfield and Javon Beard.Famed Michael Jackson impersonator Navi takes on the role of the late legend. Meanwhile, Chad L. Coleman (“Walking Dead,” “The Wire”) stars as Whitfield and Sam Adegoke (Dynasty) portrays Beard.
Michael Jackson: Searching For Neverland is set to premiere May 29 on Lifetime.
