Soulja Boy is coming off a video for “On Gang” and now he teams up with Ray J for “Rich N Whippin.”

The Fuego artist will drop his new album How Can You Blame Me? on July 28th and he recently took to Twitter revealing its features including Nicki Minaj, Tory Lanez, Trippie Redd, Chief Keef, Bhad Bhabie, ASAP Ferg, Asian Doll, Swae Lee, Smooky MarGielaa, Money Man, Ronny J, and Murda Beatz.
